Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
We want you to love your Ciryana candles. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Gift sets must be unopened
- Sale items are non-refundable
How to Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@ciryana.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ciryana.com within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
